Easter Sunday-pic overload take 2

Easter was such a fun day this year and I am very grateful to Susan and Bob for having our little family over.

Late Saturday, we loaded up and followed my brother and his family to my sis-in-law (to be) parents house. They have such a beautiful home and are amazing people. The girls instantly decided they wanted to stay forever. (I'm sure the "tree house" was the original cause, lol)
But truly, it was a wonderful time. So with out further ado, here are pics of our Easter.
The munchkins woke up super early Sunday morning and were ready for an egg hunt and some baskets.
Don't mess with this bunny!
After church and breakfast, everyone went outside. It was such a gorgeous day and all the kids got some great outside toys. There was an epic water fun fight, bubbles, and chalk oh my!
She had so much fun running up and spraying people. She'd say "I got you" and then run off giggling.
While the kiddos napped the women went to a near by school to hide a ton of Easter eggs for the kids and a few neighbor kids to find later. It was a total blast and all the kiddos made out like bandits.
This was after the park egg hunt that I totally forgot to get pictures of.
Monday morning breakfast with this crazy smiling crew.
All five kiddos on Monday before we left to go shopping and then home.

Finish This

My favorite makeup item is .....my mascara and eyeliner. They are the only things I wear on a daily basis. I'm not big on makeup and since I'm just around kids all day, I just don't wear it.

The best book I’ve ever read was ____ because …hmmmm.....this is hard because there are a ton of great books. I think the one that touched me the most was "Letter from a slave girl." It's about this slave girl and her life. From being young and friends with the owners daughter, to being sold and raped, to going into hiding while pregnant, and so on... It's told by letters she wrote and ones written to her. I've read it several times through out my life and each time I see the story in a new touching way.

My favorite TV show is …I don't think I have a favorite. There are a lot of good ones and I go through spurts, but there isn't one that I can't live without seeing. Right now my list is Burn Notice, Once Upon a Time, Big Bang Theory, and Crazy ones.

The most spontaneous thing I’ve ever done is …maybe not the most but definitely the most memerable would be having a squirt gun fight at our friends high school my senior year. It was random and most defiantly not thought out. There have also been spontaneous road trips and things like that through out life.

I prefer DOGS/CATS because …Dogs! They become your best friend and cuddle with you when you need that pick me up.  Their loyal and kind.

I met my significant other …technically at a Halloween party. However, I do not remember him being there, even though I have seen pictures of us talking to each other. I do remember meeting him on Thanksgiving at work while we all played monopoly. We became friends instantly.

Trendy Tot Tuesday: Easter outfits

I haven't don't trendy tot in a couple of weeks, but the girls had some super cute outfits for Easter.  We more traditional Saturday when we celebrated with Hubbins's parents.
Their grandma picked up the dresses earlier in the year and the rest of the outfits are things we found in their closet already. I really love how they turned out and the dresses are perfect for twirling.
They did switch into something comfier for an dying and hunting eggs.
Sunday, we were invited out to my soon to be sis-in-law's parents for Easter. It was so much fun and I'll post more later, but here are some of their outfits from the day.
I loved these outfits for Easter. Aidan's shirt is from Old Navy and I found it on clearance for $1. Yay! Originally I was going to save it for Christmas time but when I found Jozy's shirt at Crazy8 for $1.56, it was a perfect match. Ladybug became a magician and Jozy, her bunny. Also, bug's tutu is the first piece of clothing I bought on Zuilily and I was very happy to find such good quality.
And of course, I have to show off her little bunny tail.

After a water fight, the girls had to change their shirts though.
I am in love with the little bunny tail  and ears. I bought them at the target dot spot area.

Since they got some clothes in their baskets, they wanted to wear them the next day.
Jozy got these cute yellow shorts from Target and they both got matching black lace tom style shoes. The headband was also a gift and from Target dot spot.
Not the best picture, but this French fries shirt was a huge hit for Ladybug.

Easter Celebration with Inlaws

Prepare for pic overload............

Saturday we celebrated Easter early with Hubbins parents. The day started with an egg hunt that their church put on. Hubbins had a photoshoot so it was just girls, mama-law, and me.
It went so fast (3.5mins to collect 40,000+ eggs) that I didn't get a chance to take pictures, but I did get this cute one before we left in the morning. After that we went back to their house for the afternoon and evening. The girls got baskets from their grandparents and then spent the rest of the afternoon playing with their goodies, dying Easter eggs and having one more egg hunt (Hubbins got pics of the egg hunt that I will share later too)
